mo’web research is a German online market research institute with an international client base. Since we conduct our research exclusively online, our day-to-day activities focus on the development and implementation of innovative market research technology. When we started out, online surveys, which have been our core line of business from the outset, were seen as rather disruptive – today, however, they account for more than 35% of all surveys conducted in Germany and it is impossible to imagine the market research industry without them.

Working with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative under the guidance of our managing directors and sales directors, your task will be to help mo’web to progress and take its development to the next level.

You will be responsible for all the sales activities in the UK or France. You will be required to maintain our relationships with existing clients and partners as well as generate new leads and build long-term client relationships. We already have a strong client base in the UK and France, and want to strengthen our position in this market by establishing a local presence, which initially will consist solely of you. To help you attain this important strategic objective, we will give you all the support and freedom you deem necessary to achieve success in your local market.

Generating new business by means of:
Outbound marketing and generation of new prospects
Client acquisition or the acquisition of named accounts

Managing the accounts of selected clients/major clients with the objective of increasing sales
Taking responsibility for/managing projects with a view to driving sales
Performing comprehensive, precise and prompt lead scoring or lead analysis
Ensuring that the sales information system is accurate and complete
Maintaining transparent reporting, in particular by regularly creating assessed lists of prospects
Preparing quotations independently
Representing the company in a professional manner
Performing both inside and outside sales activities
Participating in and coordinating trade fairs
Running workshops and giving presentations
Performing product demonstrations
Presenting the company to the press

Strong sales record
At least 3 years of successful sales or project experience within a comparable industry and/or sales structure
Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels
Skills and experience in account management and/or account development
Project experience and/or market research experience
Ability to prepare high-quality quotations, internal plans and reports
Fluent spoken and written business English or French. German would be beneficial.
